I am keen on ride sharing on the first of Feb. I fly in from Madurai on the 31st and will stay at a B&B near the airport. I am hoping to get an India sim card when I arrive initially on January 2nd and will post my number when I get it. Will be in Kerala and Tamil Nadu for all of January. I'm super excited too!

Hey all! I'm Shona. Super excited to meet everyone and anxious for Feb!

I arrive at noon in Delhi on the 2nd. Looks like I'll miss the morning train crew to Rishikesh but if anyone else is headed up in the afternoon let me know and we can coordinate!

I'm also in the market for some post-course adventures. I have a one way ticket and plenty of time to kill :) Looking for advice and maybe some company!

I too will be getting in  around noon on the 2nd and was planning on meeting kelsey and ashley for the train ride to Rishikesh. Im sure we would have no trouble meeting up.

Hi all! I finally booked my flight, and will be arriving in Delhi at 3am on February 1st on a Qatar flight. I will be taking the train on Saturday the 2nd.  On the railways site, I only see trains at 6:50am and 3:25pm from New Delhi to Haridwar. Juliana, where did you find the 11:30 one? Last year, I took the 6:50am and it was a great train, including food and drink.

Sorry the schedules are really hard to figure out. You're right Erika, it seems 6:50 looks the best. It would be great to have a travel buddy Alysia.
