The 100 hour hatha yoga teacher training in Rishikesh is the short duration course of 2 weeks. It is designed for those who could not join the 200 hour YTT due the work or their busy schedule. The course is designed for those who are beginners to build the foundation of yoga & practices.
As part of the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, you will be able to familiarise yourself with Hatha yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, kriya techniques and understand correct body alignment. This programme provides an understanding of what tools are required in order to become a Hatha yoga teacher.
If you have the inclination to continue with your yoga journey you will be able to complete the teacher training by doing another 100 hours to complete the 200 hour hatha yoga certification course. After completing the 100 hour YTT course students can also complete the other 100 hour yoga teacher training to get the RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certification.
